THE CARP FISHING LAKES
To fish at Lakeside View Fisheries you must be a current syndicate member.

On site there is an angler’s lodge with a small shop selling all your end tackle needs and a selection of baits. There are also disabled toilets and showers and a seating area with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and drinking water.
Food delivery service is available to your swims most days.
All syndicate members will be provided with a carp cradle, weigh sling, net and a bucket and these will be on each swim and only these can be used whilst fishing the lakes.

OAK LAKE
10 acres (maximum anglers 12)
There are 230 carp between 30lb and 52lb the vast majority being in the high 30s. The lake was dug out in 2012 and stocked in 2013 from our own breading lakes onsite. Depths vary over the lake between 4ft and 10ft. The lake was formed to offer the chance for anglers to catch stunning handpicked carp. The lake has no weed and is a hard lake to fish.
Birch lake
3 acres (maximum anglers 6)
There are 60 carp between 30lb and 45lb. All the carp have been handpicked from the breeding lakes onsite to ensure the carp are of exceptional quality. The lake has very little weed, and is a medium to hard lake to fish.


Willow lake
2.5 acres (exclusive to any guests staying in the holiday cottages)
An exclusive carp lake for any guests to fish that are staying in the holiday accommodation on site. There are 200 carp between 15lb and 30lb. All the carp in the lake have been handpicked from our breeding lakes and have stunning and unique markings. The lake is a very weedy lake in the summer months and is a medium to hard lake to fish.
LAKE RULES
All the same rules apply to all three of the carp fishing lakes onsite. Lakeside View Fisheries is immaculately kept so please clean your swim before you leave and have respect for the lake and your fellow anglers.
The owners accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or theft whilst on the premises.
The rules below must be adhered to at all times if you break the rules you will be asked to stop fishing and risk having your current syndicate membership taken away.
A valid rod licence must be held
To fish the lakes you must be a current syndicate member or staying in one of the holiday cottages onsite (no day tickets allowed)
Micro barbed hooks only
No fixed leads, rig checks will be carried out
No rods to be left unattended at any time
No bait boats
Maximum 3 rods
All anglers must carry a carp medi kit
1 child over the age of 8 allowed per syndicate member
All landing mats, nets, slings and cradles are provided by the fishery and these must be used
No shelf life boilies
No nuts
All fish caught must be out back into the lake anyone found removing fish from the premises will be prosecuted
Please only fish from the swim that you choose on arrival if you wish to move swims please speak to the fishery owners first
No poles or keep nets
No anti-social behaviour at any time you will be asked to leave the syndicate without a refund if this rule is broken
No drugs allowed and alcohol is only permitted in moderation
No dogs
All litter to be taken home with you
No live baiting or spinning
All carp over 40lbs must be reported to the owners
BBQs permitted as long as they are off the ground
15lb minimum strain line and 0.33ml diameter including zig line
No braided mainline
No standing holding the carp
