THE COTTAGES
Two holiday cottages each with a private hot tub are available to book. Each cottage has four double bedrooms each sleeping up to 8 plus 1 under 2 years old. Discounts are available for smaller parties of 6 and 4 guests at certain times of the year. The cottages are the perfect place to have a holiday in the relaxing Devon countryside, and you can unwind in your own hot tub after any busy day watching the sun go down and the stars come out.

LAKESIDE HOUSE
The two holiday cottages are furnished to a high quality and set on the exclusive 2.5 acre carp fishing lake that can be fished as much as you wish which is included in the price, or alternatively to walk around or just sit and relax with your favourite book or just watch the world go by.
Wi-Fi is included throughout the property, beds are made up on arrival and towels are also provided, a range of baby/toddler equipment can be provided if needed.
The cottages on the first floor each have a large lounge/dining room, a large fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and a downstairs toilet. On the second floor there are three double bedrooms one with an ensuite, a family bathroom and patio doors leading onto a balcony where you can relax and have a cuppa or glass of wine and soak up the stunning views around you. On the third floor there is a further twin bedroom, a toilet and games/playroom with a selection of games, books and DVDs to help keep you entertained on any rainy days.
LAKEVIEW HOUSE
Outside the cottages each one has its own undercover hot tub, a large enclosed garden, patio area and a BBQ. To the rear of the property there is parking for up to four cars.
No smoking is allowed in the properties and there is a strict no pet policy in place.
Arrival time is 5pm, departure time is 9am.
Lakeside View holiday cottages are located perfectly for exploring Devon, Cornwall and Somerset and the surrounding area as we are situated just three miles from the M5 junction 28. Within 3 miles of the cottages there is a Tesco and Aldi supermarket, numerous restaurants, cafes, a Costa, McDonalds and various takeaways (Chinese, Indian, pizza and fish and chips). Tesco, Asda and Sainsbury’s will do home delivery to the cottages subject to any delivery slots being available and Chinese delivery service is available to the holiday cottages
Slightly further afield there are numerous attractions that cater for all tastes including several beaches, little villages and towns, national trust walks and gardens plus Exeter or Taunton city centres where a whole host of shops, cinemas, tenpin bowling, climbing walls, swimming pools and indoor soft play areas can be found.
Fun family days out are also easily accessed and include Crealy Adventure Park, Diggerland, Bicton Park, Escot, Pennywell farm, The big sheep, The milky way, Paignton zoo, and the Eden project plus many many more all of which are sure to keep you entertained.
The 2.5 acre exclusive carp lake is a medium to hard lake to fish and during the summer months the lake can be quite weedy in places. Please not if you are staying in either holiday cottage this is the only lake you can fish the other lakes on site are for syndicate members only.
